Hey guys!

Ben Tellis here, co-founder and director of Infinite Fitness Peninsula.
Each week I'll be sharing a little bit about me and keeping you up to date with the different things I encounter on a week to week basis. I want to give you an insight into my experiences that will not only share a bit of wisdom, but also relate back to all things health and fitness and more importantly life in general. As well as having a bit of fun and being entertaining, the main objective is to give you guys tools, advice and information that will help you smash your goals both inside the gym and out! A number of topics and daily situations will be covered on the fly week by week and I hope this will help a lot of thought provoking and emotionally relevant discussions.
Enjoy!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

August 7, 2020

If you want something you’ve never had, you’ll have to do something you’ve never done. Don’t expect things to change if you’re doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Some of the smartest people in the world attribute this behaviour to being insane... ‘’If you have a body, we can help you’’ Ben Infinite Fitness Peninsula JOIN US Read More..

IT’S ALL IN YOUR HEAD

July 30, 2020

Hey guys! I feel obligated to share some material with you after doing a bit of reading over the past few weeks. Very deep and thought provoking but hope you can take something out of it. Have a great day :) We think about 65,000 thoughts per day. Out of those thoughts, 90% are the same as the day before. Therefore the same thoughts will pretty much always lead to the same choices. The same choices create the same behaviours. The same behaviours create the same experiences. The same experiences will create the same emotions and those same and familiar... Read More..

We’ve all been ‘put out’ in different ways and left with a lot of uncertainty, frustration, fear, worry and have more questions than answers at the moment. However what the current situation does is bring to a head a huge opportunity. An opportunity to take stock... Read More..

ARE YOU A GRUMPY ARSE?

July 9, 2020

Not now Colleen... We can ALL get grumpy at times. Think about the happiest and most upbeat person you know. They’re always smiling and energetic and positive and full of joy and nothing seems to get them down. We’ve all got those friends. Beautiful people they are. Yeah, well even they get grumpy too. They might not show it like others but it’s not all rainbows and unicorns and frolicking in beautiful fields amongst the flowers in the countryside. We all experience highs and lows. I’ll own up. Things make me grumpy. Lack of sleep. Stress at work. Arrogant people.... Read More..

10 WAYS TO STAY POSITIVE!

July 2, 2020

We live in an ever increasing frenetic world. Filled with daily obstacles to navigate and decisions to be made it seems like we are constantly on edge about how to create the best path through life. And whether it’s because of our inherent protection mechanisms or fight or flight responses, it seems as though our brains default settings are automatically flicked to the negative side of a situation whenever we are challenged. Our job is to then flick that switch back over and realise the positive of it all. Sometimes it’s easier said than done though. So, here’s 10 tips... Read More..
