Our semi-private personal training programs will help you train harder and smarter for less! Train for 45-minutes and don’t waste a second in this sweat-fest. We combine cardio, strength training, functional training and plyometrics for a total body work out that will push you to your limit! We keep groups small, so we can give everyone the attention and direction they need to succeed. And trust us – you’re going to love every minute of it.
Our personal trainers Steve and Ben are seasoned footy players themselves, AND qualified sports fitness trainers. They know exactly what you need for peak performance before, during and after every season! With a thorough knowledge of the correct form, technique and precision required to create professional football bodies, Steve and Ben will help you improve your speed, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, strength, and of course, your foot work.
We work with teams AND offer individual conditioning sessions.
After having a month’s worth of awesome training under your belt, you will then complete the exact same workout at the end of the month and try to beat your own time.
