Ben is a 6-time premiership player with the Frankston YCW Football Club, the most successful football club on the Peninsula. He has over 16 years of experience in personal training and has conducted over 25, 000 individual PT sessions. You can trust you’re in good hands!

Steve is a fully qualified personal trainer with extensive sports experience. He is currently the High Performance Manager of Frankston Dolphins VFL football club and was previously a strength and conditioning coach at the Frankston YCW Football and Netball Club, Devon Meadows Football Club, Dingley Football Club, Karingal Football and Netball Club & Langwarrin Football and Netball Club.
Along with a passion for teaching optimum fitness and nutrition in adults, Steve also recently developed and implemented a Junior Athletic Development Program to help younger humans set solid foundations in their sporting careers.
In the gym his personal training programs are precise, organised and comprehensive so make sure you say hi when you next see him floating around IFP!

It was the perfect fit for returning to work after having my 3 children.
What do you enjoy most about being a part of the team?
From day one everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. It’s a super fun atmosphere to be apart of.

I do the bookkeeping for a plumbing business I have with my husband.
