Steve is a fully qualified personal trainer with extensive sports experience. He’s previously been a strength and conditioning coach at the Frankston YCW Football and Netball Club, Devon Meadows Football Club, Dingley Football Club & Langwarrin Football and Netball Club.

Along with a passion for teaching optimum fitness and nutrition, Steve’s personal training programs are precise, organised and comprehensive.

Jess first saw the value in having a Personal Trainer when she went through her own transformation losing 20kg and becoming fit, strong and confident!

Her focus is now on the members of IFP and helping them with their own transformations, whether it be someone who has never set foot in a gym or one of our most experienced members Jess will always be there to help! She is vibrant, energetic and extremely kind hearted so you’ll always feel at home under her guidance.

Gabby is a loving mother of 3 boys – Levi, Jett & Alfi. She is here to provide a Child Minding service so parents can focus on their training goals without worrying about the kids. Gabby has been in the Child Care industry for many years and with this experience, you can trust your children are in great hands. Her kind, calm and patient nature is the perfect combination to look after energetic kids. She is seriously the BEST!

Campbell brings to IFP his background & knowledge in Exercise & Sport Science. After a series of shoulder injuries that ended Campbell’s sporting career, he perused Exercise & Sport Science to help people post injury, through their rehabilitation and with any other difficulties they may face. Campbell’s passion is to get his client’s bodies moving well and performing again.

Nick’s background comes from boxing and kickboxing where he has competed in over 15 fights. His boxing sessions are based around technique, full body conditioning & general fitness. Nick enjoys seeing people change and grow as they improve their health and fitness. With plans to compete at the highest level possible, keep an eye out for his name in the future. Go Nick!!

Emily comes to us with a passion for Sports Performance and personal training. Her knowledge and expertise comes from her AFL background where she is known as quite the local star. Em is always smiling, fills the gym with energy and her training has both big elements of sports science and athletic development. She is currently studying to be an Osteopath and is our in house pilates instructor here at IFP.

Qualifications: Masters in Osteopathy, Bachelor Degree of Clinical Science, Diploma of remedial Massage. Sports Trainer Certificate

Mirae completed her remedial massage diploma straight out of high school but felt she didn’t have enough tools under her belt to help people achieve their goals. So back to uni she went for 5 years to become an Osteopath. She loves that Osteopathy is a holistic approach to health care, the principles are based around the body being able to self-regulate and self-heal, and her role is to encourage and support that.

Mirae brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and her injury prevention techniques ensure all of our members have healthy and sound bodies.
