Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, AFL Level 2 Coach, Cert 3 Fitness Instructor, Cert 4 Personal Training, Diploma in Sports Development, Cert 3 Nutrition, Cert 3&4 Allied Health

Steve is a fully qualified personal trainer with extensive sports experience. He is currently the High Performance Manager of Frankston Dolphins VFL football club and was previously a strength and conditioning coach at the Frankston YCW Football and Netball Club, Devon Meadows Football Club, Dingley Football Club, Karingal Football and Netball Club & Langwarrin Football and Netball Club.

Along with a passion for teaching optimum fitness and nutrition in adults, Steve also recently developed and implemented a Junior Athletic Development Program to help younger humans set solid foundations in their sporting careers.

In the gym his personal training programs are precise, organised and comprehensive so make sure you say hi when you next see him floating around IFP!
