Prior to training with Steve, I have had many personal trainers. I was always the guy who said “I don’t do legs”, and was apparently also the guy that never got results.
Steve has taught me that it’s not just about bicep curls, or bench press; a whole body approach is needed to build the muscles I want. I have an all new appreciation for dead-lifts in particular and have been amazed at how my strength has increased all over.
I train with Steve 5 times per week, but he keeps things new and challenging for me by updating my program every 6-8 weeks. We have been working together for over a year and at 37, I’m in the best shape of my life.
