I have trained with Steve Roberts for about a 1.5 years. Starting with three program shows every 8 weeks and more recently I moved to bi-weekly sessions including one weight and one running session in preparation for Melbourne Marathon.
I have maintained a very healthy fitness level all my life. I like to exercise hard. I am not looking to loose weight but rather continue on my path of a healthy and fit lifestyle. My goal is to improve technique, maintain commitment and inject some much needed motivation into my exercise regime. I wanted to be smarter with my time.
I signed up with Steve after watching him train his many clients, I was impressed – Steve provides challenging, enjoyable, and comprehensive programs. Steve sessions run to the minute, there is no time wasted and for paying clients this is part of my expectation.
