I started training with Ben after feeling like my weight loss journey had started to plateau. I had been training for approximately 2 years before and I was not getting the results I desired.
Prior to starting with Ben, I had already lost around 10kgs but I was struggling to get the final 5-7kgs off that I wanted and I wasn’t as toned or as fit as I would have liked to of been. After trying to achieve this myself, I decided to start with him to see if he could make a difference.
I have now been training with Ben for 2 years and since the beginning Ben has always been focused on helping me achieve my goals and he always makes every session challenging, yet rewarding and enjoyable. My fitness level has increased noticeably and I’ve seen a massive improvement particularly with my running. I am able to lift heavier weights with the correct technique and form and I am able to generally push myself harder throughout each gym session. My weight has dropped, my cm’s/inches have decreased and I look stronger and more toned.
The best part is feeling comfortable in my own skin and having more self-confidence. Ben has always been great at keeping me accountable and pulling me back on track when I need it. The main thing I have learnt from him is the importance of thinking of this as a lifestyle rather than a quick fix.
I had always been a yoyo dieter before and it wasn’t until I began training with Ben and putting into practice all of his advice when it comes to fitness and diet, that I have been able to keep the weight off and stay living a healthy lifestyle.
