Membership Fees Month 1 = $40.38 per week Month 2 onwards = $79 per week The Classic Membership is to be paid weekly by Direct Debit using Ezidebit. Your contract will be a 12 week Membership with a minimum of 12 debits. Each direct debit transaction will incur an additional .88c charge to Ezidebit and if paid using a credit card there is a 1.99% charge for each transaction. At the conclusion of the 12-debit period the Membership will automatically continue on a month-to month basis or until it is cancelled by the Member. B. Membership Suspension Membership can be suspended upon application, due to injury, illness or holidays, for a maximum of 4 weeks. Suspension requests should be emailed to team@ifp.com.au C. Cancellation Policy If the Member wants to cancel their Membership after the 7-day cooling off period but before the expiration of the contract term, the Member will be required to pay out the remainder of the 26- debit contract on the date they wish to cancel with a signed document provided by Infinite Fitness Peninsula. If the contract is not paid out on the date of cancellation, weekly direct debits will continue as per normal. Written cancellations are accepted provided you are no longer in contract and you must give at least 30 days notice for this request. Cancellation requests should be emailed to team@ifp.com.au D. Bookings Members must book into classes at least 8-hours prior to the session they require. Bookings are open for 2 weeks in advance and cancellations require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. If 24-hours’ notice is not given, the Member will automatically lose that booked session and may be liable for a late cancel fee. Sessions are non-refundable and cannot accumulate to be used at another time. E. Membership Entitlements Classic Membership allows the Member access to 5 x IFP Group Sessions per week plus access to all Boxing and Pilates classes. Additional Group Sessions can be accessed by the members at $25 per session. F. Training Agreement Please inform us about anything that affects your Membership or your time at IFP including any changes to your contact details, bank details or emergency contact. Sole responsibility is taken whilst using any equipment within the premises. Please ensure all equipment is used correctly as IFP will not be held liable in the event of injury. If you require help with operating any equipment, please ask one of the IFP Trainers. All members must carry a clean towel with them whilst using the equipment and use disinfectant wipes provided when necessary after use. Ensure and maintain good hygiene out of respect for yourself and others. Be respectful to other members using the studio at all times. Always behave appropriately. Keeping your belongings safe – we provide storage shelves but these are not security lockers. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your belongings. IFP have created a safe and motivating environment for Members use. Therefore IFP reserve the right to cancel your membership without warning, if you are seen damaging equipment, behaving inappropriately or any of the above statements are not adhered to. IFP may capture photos or videos of you which may be used in a variety of social media including Facebook and Instagram.
