So, you’ve joined a gym and you’re thinking about using a personal trainer. Here’s the good news:
Infinite Fitness is only using the best personal trainers in the area; and any person you select will do a great job of helping you achieve your goals.
You may wonder why I am so certain of this.
Well, Steve Roberts, one of the owners who helped select these individuals, has been my PT for the past 2 years. Until my recent relocation out of the area, I trained with him 3 times per week.
I can assure you that he trains the person and not the program. All sessions are tailored to the needs and goals of the person he is training. If you have kicked around a gym for any length of time, you will know what I mean. I’ve watched some PTs train the same program with every single client regardless of circumstance. Not Steve.
Steve will consult with you and develop sequential programs that further you toward your goals. Because of his expert knowledge in the science of muscle movement, he will not allow you to break form. He will push you past your limits whist avoiding injury and over-training. Although his training style can be intense, he is easy going and great fun to train with.
Unfortunately I have moved away from Melbourne and back to the States (my apologies for our recent insanity).
Although I am a member of an excellent gym known for having exceptional personal trainers, guess who is still designing my programs and coaching my training… Steve Roberts. He’s that good.
