I have maintained the same weight for the last four years.
For me, training with Ben twice a week is perfect. I don’t have the time to go to the gym and plan my own workouts, whether it needs to be legs, tri’s or bi’s – all of that planning is done by Ben.
I have changed body shape and toned up since training with Ben and love the fact that I am staying active at my age (50), with five children and four grandchildren I’m planning to be active for a long time.
