Let’s face it, most of us probably set a 2020 New Year’s Resolution. We made it through 2019, may have sat down and reflected on the year – what went well, what didn’t, and what we’d like to change or improve in our lives moving forward.
We were probably feeling super motivated on January 1st (maybe the 2nd too), and now that we’re 3 weeks into the year, it’s more than likely we have fallen back into “old habits” again – and are starting to realise that real change is harder than we were expecting!!
This is usually the point people give up and convince themselves their goals weren’t that important to them anyway.
